Game Development Officer

We are looking for 2x Game Development Officers (GDOs), one to be based in Christchurch and the other in the Mid and South Canterbury area. These roles are full time or seasonal, depending on the candidate. These roles are varied and would suit someone who enjoys spending time on the ground, who can connect with a wide range of groups and individuals and is willing to be innovative.

These roles will begin mid- February helping the team deliver national programs and initiatives across Canterbury, focus will then move to working with the District Associations and the rest of the Game Development Team over winter to plan for 2025/26 season.

Cricket Development Manager

Christchurch Metro Cricket are looking for a new Cricket Development Manager.

The purpose of the role is to drive and grow participation of players and coaches through establishing, managing and monitoring all aspects of the Development of community cricket in Christchurch keeping the underpinning philosophy of “Everything we do is what is best for Cricket in Canterbury” to the front of mind.

The role would suit a person who has a passion for coach development, experience in dealing with volunteers and is able to connect well with Rangatahi.
